## Where can I find help?

Read examples and questions on the four task pages. Email krishiudhar@gmail.com for help. The operator, Anythingssolution (ATS), is linked below. A dedicated support phone number, schedule or response time has not yet been published here.

## What information is collected?

Registration collects shop, owner, mobile, address and relevant GST details. Customers, bills, payments, goods and correction records are linked to your shop account during use.

## Why and where is it stored?

To identify your account and maintain shop records. Online account records are stored on the server. Unfinished/offline entries and login information may also remain in the browser; take care on shared devices and do not share your password. Sample practice uses a separate tab's session storage.

## Getting your records or correcting mistakes

Use report/export and relevant record correction options in the app. A self-service account deletion feature or fixed retention period is not declared here. Contact the operator for removal or help; a completion deadline has not been specified.

## Important usage information

Check names, quantities and amounts before saving or printing. The beta is free; future prices, limits or permanent free service are not promised. Samples are not real invoices or legal documents. This is not crop-treatment advice or a GST filing service.
## Learning with videos

Learn shop setup, billing, stock and collections with seven short Hindi videos. The website loads video thumbnails, and lesson pages load a YouTube player. Loading or playing them sends information from your browser to YouTube/Google; their privacy settings and policies apply.

This website has three languages. The shop app currently uses Hindi.
