Krishi Kendra billing software. Keep bills and dues together.

When a farmer takes goods and pays only part of the amount, you do not need separate records for the bill and the dues. Krishi Udhar keeps both with the same customer.

## Follow these 3 simple steps

### Choose the customer

Select an existing customer by name. Add a new customer only once, not again for every bill.

### Enter goods and quantities

Choose fertiliser, seeds or crop-care products. Check quantities, selling rates and the bill total.

### Record money received and save the bill

Check whether payment is complete or an amount is still due. Open the saved bill, check it and print it.

## Goods worth ₹3,200; ₹1,000 received

- New bill: ₹3,200
- Money received now: ₹1,000
- Due on this bill: ₹2,200
- Earlier dues: ₹3,000
- Customer's total dues: ₹5,200

The amount due on this bill is different from the customer's total dues. Check earlier dues when making a new bill.
## Check the details once

- Have you selected the right customer?
- Are the goods, quantities and rates correct?
- Have you entered only the money actually received?
## Your questions

### Do I need to add an existing customer again?

No. Select the customer already registered. Their bills and payments stay linked to the same account.

### What if I receive only part of the payment?

Enter the amount actually received. The rest remains due. Record a payment when you receive it later; do not make another bill for it.

### Can I print a bill?

Yes. Open the saved bill and choose Print. Printing from a phone requires a working connection between your phone and printer.

## Krishi billing software — currently free in beta

Add a customer once, enter goods and money received, then save and print the bill. Keep earlier dues, later payments and returned goods linked to the same customer's records.

Use is currently free during beta. Future prices and terms have not been announced; this is not a promise of permanently free software.

Try the sample shop first. Then add your shop and start with one customer's first bill. The shop app currently uses Hindi.
## Need to remind a customer about dues?

Check the balance and the customer’s permission. Krishi Udhar prepares the message; you press Send in WhatsApp yourself. Record payment separately when money arrives.
