# How to make, print and share a bill on WhatsApp | Krishi Udhar

Learn to make a bill and check money received and remaining dues. Choose the correct customer and goods, then print or share the saved bill on WhatsApp.

## Follow these steps

### Choose the customer and goods

Find an existing customer by name. Add a new customer only once. Check the goods, unit, quantity and selling rate.

### Check money received and dues

Enter only the money actually received today. Distinguish dues on the new bill from the customer’s earlier dues.

### Save and open the bill

Make the bill and check the name, goods and amounts. Then use print/PDF or the WhatsApp option.

## Keep in mind

Check the customer, quantity, rate and money received before making the bill. Check the recipient’s number before sharing on WhatsApp.
