Agri Shop Stock Management
See how much stock is left, in one place.
Check your goods list instead of remembering bags, packets and bottles. Correct starting quantities make the remaining stock easier to understand after each sale.
This website has three languages. The shop app currently uses Hindi.

Follow these 3 simple steps
Add the right product
Choose the correct name, category and unit. A bag is not a kilogram; keep quantities in the selected unit.
Record starting quantities or purchases
Count the goods in your shop and enter them. Add batch and expiry details where needed.
Check remaining goods
Sales recorded through bills reduce stock. Check low stock and expiry details to plan purchases.
Plain words: batch = number printed on the packet · unit = bag/kg/bottle · correction = undoing an incorrect entry.
Before saving
Check the details once
A wrong name or amount can cause confusion later. Check against your customer and shop records.
- Do the quantity and unit match your shop count?
- Are the batch and expiry details correct?
- Are usable and damaged goods kept separate?
Your questions
What should I do if…?
What if a product has different batches?
Keep the correct batch details. Do not treat goods with different batches or expiry dates as identical.
What if goods are missing from the list?
Check the name and search first. Add a product only if it does not already exist. Wrong units or duplicate names can confuse later records.
What if the stock looks wrong?
Count the goods in the shop first. Then check purchases, bills, returns and stock adjustments. Do not create a false bill to match the balance.
