Follow these steps
Open the goods list
Search for the goods by name and read the available quantity.
Check the batch and expiry
Match the batch number and expiry with the packet. Check the quantity in the correct unit.
Identify low stock or mistakes
Plan purchases for goods running low. If a recorded quantity is wrong, use the relevant correction option and enter the actual reason.
